so the vacation is technically over. I have to start working on 2 projects: working and design. the first is so boring that i can't get my self to start it, the second is too complicated; i got plenty of ideas so i'll have to wait and see what will happen. I have heard crazy talks about a satanic architecture in different places of the world. what I want to create is not an anti-sanatic architecture, that is not creative, not original.
I will base my design on the most famous Islamic architecture:
1) Al Kaaba:
- The Black Stone
- Door of the Kaaba
- Gutter to remove rainwater
- Base of the Kaaba
- Al-Hatim
- Al-Multazam (the wall between the door of the Kaaba and black stone)
- The Station of Ibrahim
- Angle of the Black Stone
- Angle of Yemen
- Angle of Syria
- Angle of Iraq
- Kiswa (veil covering the Kaaba)
- Band of marble marking the beginning and end of rounds
- The Station of Gabriel
interesting stuf:
The sphere an artwork placed the area between the World Trade Center towers in Manhattan. it was initially used by Architect Misouri Yamasaki to mimic the Grand Mosque of Mecca, interesting huh?
